The stage is set
Revelation 6:1, 2 I watched as the Lamb opened the first of the seven seals. Then I heard one of the living creatures say in a loud voice like thunder, 'Come!' I looked, and there before me was a white horse! It's rider held a bow, and he was given a crown, and he rode out as a conqueror bent on conquest.

Our world is leaderless in the sense that no one leader or government has the answers to all the disastrous crisis going on in the earth today.
Just to list some of these looming disasters: terrorism; earth-shaking natural disasters; international wars and conflicts; global financial meltdowns; escalation of nuclear expansion by rogue nations; radical religious countries on the brink of possessing nuclear weapons (can anyone say 'Iran'?!); the 882 million people starving across the world; the billions of people living below the poverty line, unable to afford basic needs, with drought and flooding decimating crops and livestock. Ethiopia alone has 28.6 million people in need of humanitarian aid. I could go on and talk about crime, corrupt governments, and cartels. I could talk about drug trafficking, sexual exploitation of children, and the breakdown of the family. One impossible crisis after another. But I won't.
The point is our world is one big disaster, and if the truth be known, spiraling toward destruction.
So what is the answer?! There is no answer. There is no leader or government that has the wisdom and authority to step in and remedy the looming disasters over our world.
So Tim, then what is the purpose of this blog? Glad you asked.
Right now in all the chaotic turmoil our world is in, mankind is ready for someone to show up who speaks with authority and has the answers to these impossible problems plaguing our world today.
If someone suddenly appeared with answers to these problems, and acted with such authority in instituting these answers, the world would hasten to him.
I have the answers to all the global wars! I have the answers to the terrorist regimes and the nuclear threats! I have the solution to global poverty! I can eliminate natural disasters! I have the solution to all the economic meltdowns! I can rid the world of poverty, famine and starvation! I can purge the earth of corrupt governments, cartels, and trafficking! And here are the answers!
The world would rush to his side.
And we who believe the bible know he is coming. He will have such supernatural wisdom and speak with such supernatural authority the world is going to flock to him.
And the stage is set! Can our world spiral any deeper into turmoil without self-destructing?!
Our world is in such turmoil and disaster all he has to do is step onto the world stage, open his mouth and start talking, and the world will hasten to him.
Okay Tim. I agree. Yes, the world is one big disaster. Yes, the world is ready for someone who has real solutions and the authority to carry out these solutions. No more political prattle. It is time for action. So why isn't he here?
2 Thessalonians 2 tells us that the restrainer is restraining the Antichrist, keeping him from taking the world stage. Without going into all the details, the restrainer is the Holy Spirit in the life of the church here on earth. While the church is still here fulfilling our mission as salt and light, the Antichrist is like a furious dog straining on his leash. But when we (the church) are gone, he will step upon the world stage in the name of peace, yet full of wrath, bent on taking over the world for Satan.
Beloved, looking at the conditions of our world today and also seeing how all the prophetic signs are colliding into each other, can we get any closer to the rapture?! Jesus is not only standing at the door, His hand is on the knob and He is pulling it open.
