Prophetic Pulpit: Iran's Trump Card

                           "Your payment is overdue"

Right now Israel and Russia have a very peculiar relationship. 

Israel continues to bomb Iranian convoys in Syria to keep Iran from supplying their proxy, Hezbollah, with weapons. Hezbollah is in Syria, entrenched on Israel's northern border. Israel cannot afford Hezbollah possessing all these weapons so the Israeli state has conducted hundreds of bombing raids in Syria. 

Right now Israel has a de-conflict agreement with Russia. "Because you are also fortified in Syria, we will tell you before we make any bombing raids into Syria." So far Putin has been content. 

However, my question is, "How long is this going to last?"

It is only a matter of time before Iran plays its 'trump card.'

In support of the Ukrainian war, Iran has been supplying Russia with thousands of drones. Also, Iran has been providing Iranian soldiers to fight alongside Russian troops. It is only a matter of time before Tehran say, "What are you going to give us in return?" 

Do we really think Iran is helping Russia because Tehran is in agreement with Putin's agenda? 

No. Iran wants something in return. "Stop Israel's freedom of movement over Syria. We are helping you in Ukraine by arming you. We are taking measures to assist you in your war efforts in every way possible. Now you have to help us. Shut the skies over Syria. Do not allow Israel to attack us anymore. We are your allies and yet you are allowing Israel to bomb us right under your noses. It is time to do what is right by us. If the truth be known, your payment is overdue." 

Putin will have to concede. And if Putin closes the skies over Syria, Iran will be able to supply Hezbollah with thousands of more rockets. Right now Hezbollah has 150,000 rockets aimed at every inch of Israel. More rockets would mean Israel's annihilation. And if this is not ominous enough, Iran has been trying to ship in Precision Guided Missile parts so Hezbollah can have PGM to use against the nation of Israel. That would definitely be a game changer. 

So needless to say, Israel will never allow this to happen. She will continue to bomb Iranian convoys no matter what threats Putin makes. Russia will have to attack Israeli fighter jets to prevent them from flying over Syria. 

The question I find myself pondering, "What part will this play in the Ezekiel 38 war?" I am sure in someway it has to play a large part. (See my post, What is the Gog, Magog War?)

There are so many factors right now that could trigger the Gog, Magog war at any moment. Everything is in place. If the church is still here when this war happens, it is going to be amazing to see God miraculously defend Israel. Manmade weapons will not be used. God Himself will supernaturally stop this Russian-Islamic invasion.
